The 47,000 square foot Miken building is located at 1417 Fourth Avenue, and the 70,000 square foot Broderick building is located at 615 Second Avenue. The seller, Principal Real Estate Investors, was represented by Steve Kramer and Andrew Coates of KG Investment Management.
